A green-and-white Thai specialty

Vigorous and high-yielding plants, even in northern regions. Fruit: uniform, round, patterned, slightly ribbed, 2.5–4 cm in diameter. Flesh: very good quality

Eggplants: grow best in warm regions, in Central Europe even in the open. Sow seeds indoors in February, transplant to pots and plant outdoors middle of may, when soil is warm and danger of frost over. Harvest fruits from end of August.
