Very tasty and pretty variety (improved yield of Costata Romanesco, as well as higher uniformity, wheras the unique taste of Costata Romanesco can be maintained). Can also be harvested slightly larger (doesn't loose its taste). Unique star-shaped, when cut in slices. 

Fruit shape: elongated leg with ribs; flesh: light yellow, tender, excellent quality and taste;
