Similar to Uchiki kuri, Solor produces more fruits and can be stored 4-5 weeks longer. It seems to become widely spread because of these characteristics. Fictor grows more and is more robust, because of beeing a Hybrid. Most producers plant 50 %  Fictor and 50 % Solor.
