A very high-yielding kabocha variety that is smaller than most Kabocha classics. The pulp quality does not reach the level of established kabocha varieties such as Ebisu Delica.

Fruit shape: typical small kabocha shape, remains green for a long time even when stored; flesh: orange-yellow, medium quality;

Usage-Recommendation: Soup, Puree, Steam, Sweet Dishes
