Peppers grow best in warm regions, in Central Europe even in the open. Plant the seeds indoors in pots between the middle and end of February. When the plants reach a good size, move the pots into the open or plant the peppers out in a warm and sunny spot. In any case, wait until the danger of frost is over in your area. Peppers need warmth and are very susceptible to frost. Use a rich soil and keep it humid but not wet.
