Dear cucurbits friends
The new catalogue for the 2013 season is here. More than 800 varieties of squashes and pumpkins are listed, as well as a few cucumbers and many other interesting cucurbits. This year we have also made a special effort to keep a broad range of varieties on offer. We are always concerned that we should order seeds from serious and reliable firms, and to optimise our selection we would be grateful for comments. Only then will we be able to guarantee the best quality of seeds for you.
With this new shop, you will now be able to order products quickly and to improve your stock holdings at any time. The seeds will be despatched without delay. If you sow the seeds in pots, bear in mind that the seedling plants should not remain there any longer than necessary. A longer period spent in the pots will retard their growth for several weeks. With our climatic conditions (Central Europe), do not begin to sow Pumpkins, Squashes, Cucumbers and other Cucubits before the end of April.
Each packet contains 20 seeds, unless stated otherwise in the description. You can find more details about the individual varieties and a large number of photographs either in this shop or in our book »Grossen Buch vom Kürbis«, ("The Big Book of the Pumpkin") which is also available in the shop but only in German and French editions.
